Do you believe in yourself?
It’s such a simple question isn’t it and yet it’s not.
It’s one that you could ponder for a looooooong time and still not know the answer.
It’s one that you can know the answer to straightaway without giving it too much thought.
It can be triggering.
It can be empowering.
It conjures up different things for different people. And you might get different answers on different days.
And if you’re going arggghhhhh it’s complicated I hear you lovely, I hear you. It really can be.
So many emotional responses to a seemingly simple question that we should all be a resounding hell f***ing YES to!
And yet it isn’t always that simple is it? .

And if you fall into that category lovely realise that you are not alone.
You are not alone.
The self belief piece comes up again and again and again. Years of the inner critic, that negative inner voice, chipping away at your confidence and your self worth takes its toll. Telling you you’re not enough. That you’re less than. So you retract. You hold yourself back. And you stop believing in yourself.
Does this feel familiar?
It’s not your fault lovely. It’s not your fault.
So start getting curious.

And ask yourself why it is that self belief feels less than easy for you.
When did you stop believing in yourself?
Why did you stop believing in yourself?
Notice what comes up for you.
If it feels easier just hit pause and take a few moments for yourself. Take some nice deep breaths and tune in to you.
So often fear comes into play and stops you being yourself. Holds you back. Every time this happens opportunities pass you by. You move away from possibility. You move away from your dreams.
So how does it get to be different?

You could start by practising these affirmations every day and noticing how they make you feel:
I believe in myself fully and completely.
I am capable of achieving incredible things.
Every day in every way I am learning to love myself more and more.
