Hey lovely I see you.
Up late engrossed in yet another box set deliberating whether to dive into just one more episode before you slide off to bed. It’s your only downtime so it’s NEEDED. And surely just one more line of chocolate won’t hurt? And whilst you’re at it you may as well have another glass of red.
I see you.
There is always so much to juggle so there is no time for you. EVER. Feeling good feels like such an effort. Everything feels so far out of reach. It’s draining. And when you feel drained, happiness feels like such hard work doesn’t it?
You just want some pockets of feeling good. Some pockets of feeling like you. Some pockets of not feeling consumed by all this stuff going on around you. Some pockets of JOY.

I hear you. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Here is what I know to be true. You were born worthy.
Worthy of happiness. Worthy of prioritising your needs. Worthy of time to be you. You are worthy of all you desire, lovely. You just need to seek it in the right places. So whilst you may well feel like you just don’t have time for you and that happiness feels like hard work, maybe it’s time to look at things differently.
Here’s what I know to be true from my lived experience. Happiness is the essence of us. If we’re happy we can do anything. We can be anyone. We can choose to be whatever we choose to be.

Can you even picture that?
Start with recognising your worth and telling yourself that your self care is important. That you are important. That you are worthy of prioritising your needs. That you are worthy of space and time for yourself.
And then make a change.
Instead of pressing play on one more episode and staying up too late why don’t you gift yourself an early night instead? Curl up with a good book or listen to something relaxing in bed; just choose something that creates a different pattern. One that is more supportive to your wellbeing.
And notice how it makes you feel.

Repeating some affirmations to yourself may help:
I was born worthy.
I tune in to what my body needs.
I have the power to create change.
When you tell yourself that it’s too hard, I feel like c***, I’m not good enough, you justify all the reasons why you keep yourself exactly where you are.
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
I’m here to support you on your journey, I’m here to show you your blind spots when it comes to feeling happiness and what is possible.
Now how does that make you feel?
If you’d love some support with this send me a message.
