What a life changing course!! A total game changer!  Cat guided and supported us through a journey of unapologetic selflove.  I am calmer, more organised, living in the present and most importantly I feel worthy.  I am now empowered to choose what I want to do, what feels right, instead of doing what I should do.  I get to say Yes but also feel empowered to say No. I am listening to my inner cheerleader who tells me I am fantastic.  Using the tools Cat has given me I can now live more in the present.    I get to choose how I want to live my life and it feels amazing.  I can now live the life I want. I shared this journey with a group of amazing strong, and supportive women who I will be forever grateful for their honesty.  They made me feel like I am not alone.

What an incredible journey it has been so far. Absolutely loved the last 6 weeks, and very much looking forward to a future filled with indulging myself with love and happiness. I have realised the neglect I have inflicted on myself for many years, and I have started to fall back in love with myself. I didn’t realise how lost I really was, and when I look back I can see that I was merely existing. Now, I feel a shift in my attitude and feel a sense of relief that my future gets to be very different. Thanks for awakening me.

You have massively helped lift the haze of everyday life. This has cleared significantly for me, and uncovered a realisation of how integral happiness is to living a fulfilled life. You have helped me fall in love with myself by peeling back the layers to uncover my truth. After years of neglect, you have made me see life in a completely different way.

I thoroughly enjoyed Cat’s programme. In such a fast paced world, this course provides the perfect opportunity to slow down and take some ‘me’ time. I really enjoyed learning new skills such as deep belly breathing, meditation  and laughter yoga. I have been using these techniques at home and am already feeling the benefits to my wellbeing. The programme also covers affirmations, values, journaling and so much more. All of which have helped me to improve elements of my own life that needed a little TLC. I have particularly gained skills that enabled me to make changes to the way I think and the things I do leading me to live a calmer, happier and more appreciative life. All in all, I cannot recommend Cat and her programme highly enough. She is friendly, nurturing and has a wealth of knowledge on all things wellness!

Being a part of Cat’s Joy Collective has been truly transformative. The sessions always feel very safe and comforting and I have felt less alone in my feelings and experiences. Cat has taught me practical ways to implement healthy habits and I now have grown my tool kit for putting a stop to negative thought patterns. The reiki has given me a precious opportunity to be still and for self connection. Cat’s personal story is so inspirational for other heart led individuals and I’m so grateful for everything she has taught me so far.

Have just completed Cat’s programme I cannot recommend it and her highly enough. Cat is so caring and calm in her delivery, plus she also makes it really fun! She covers so much, from deep belly breathing to affirmations, laughter yoga to journaling, plus everything in between – and includes a truly wonderful meditation at the end of each session. I have learnt so much, not least how to be kinder to myself, and will continue with the practises and techniques learned, as they really do help. Thanks so much Cat for being amazing and for helping us all on our individual journeys through your wonderful programme.

I have worked with Cat on several occasions, both doing laughter yoga 21 day program, and in-person events. Cat embodies everything that she teaches she is able to command and capture an audience whether it’s through zoom or in person, and if you’re not laughing when you started your most definitely will be by the time you’ve finished. Cat will guide you and ensure that you’re not left feeling uncomfortable as she explains how laughter yoga works for you. I have also had this combined with virtual reiki which I found incredible, shifting, any creative blocks I was holding at the time. If you’re looking for a space where you feel safe and free, well supported and guided this is it.

After attending Cat’s laughter yoga sessions, I feel energised, lighter and much happier and the mood-lifting after effects stay with me long after the laughter yoga session has ended. It can feel a bit awkward to start off with, but just go with it. To be honest, it’s impossible to hold in the laughter when you hear Cat and the rest of the class laughing along too. Just let the laughter flow! Cat demonstrates each different laughter yoga technique first before you join in and the class finishes with a guided meditation. It’s a great way to connect with others and lift your mood. We all need more laughter and the benefits that it brings into our lives. Thank you Cat.

Thank you Cat for a wonderful Laughter Yoga online session. It was such a great way to start the week. I was buzzing, and full of energy afterwards, and felt really refreshed. Also it was lovely to share laughter with other people especially now. Very special indeed. We need more if it.
