The thing about laughter is that we just don’t laugh enough…yet it’s something SO innate within us…just look at babies – they’re experts!

Did you know that on average children laugh about 300-400 times a day?

And yet for adults it’s WAY off that…

Just 17 times a day on average!!!

It’s scary isn’t it…

BUT the good news is we can do something about it which is why I’m so passionate about laughter yoga.

AND the collective energy when sharing it at events and festivals is off the charts!

It still blows me away that something so simple can be so incredibly powerful. 

It changes lives. 

Laughter yoga gives you space to let just let your laughter flow and to connect with your breath so you can fully feel yourself again.

By laughing freely for extended periods of time you release endorphins and lower your stress hormone cortisol allowing you to release any heaviness and feel more joyful, the breath work brings you back into balance and ease.

The absolute cherry on top is experiencing laughter meditation where you have the opportunity to FULLY let go; this is followed by a Reiki infused meditation to bring your body and mind back to a relaxed and grounded state.

The physical and mental impact of intentional laughter is HUGE; The British Heart Foundation openly advocates laughing every day to promote good heart health.

BUT laughter is still such an underused wellness tool.

Hey I’m Cat and I’m super passionate about teaching you how to reconnect with inner joy and I love to facilitate this through my unique blend of laughter yoga, reiki and NLP.

Before following my calling to bring more joy into the world I spent twenty years in education working as a primary school teacher. During this time I deepened my understanding of the transformational power of doing the inner work to help you flourish and embarked on my journey to acquire tools to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Using these tools, I’ve crafted a powerful framework to help you shift what’s feeling stuck and implement healthy habits so you can feel more energised and JOY_FULL!
