It’s #mentalhealthawarenessweek and this year’s theme is ACTION.
Such a vital piece when it comes to your wellbeing because intention is a great first step…
BUT implementation is where the magic happens.

I’m passionate about what I do, not because I’ve got it nailed and find managing my mental health easy.
I do it because I know how hard life feels when it’s a struggle to feel well.
And laughter yoga is one of the tools that helps me with this.
Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, a British physician, author, television presenter and my all time favourite podcaster shares that chronic stress is the number-one cause of modern illness. He warns that we are in the midst of a stress epidemic, with the World Health Organisation (WHO) classifying stress as the ultimate health epidemic of the 21st century.
So the call to take ownership of how to feel better has never been felt more urgent.
When it comes to mental health and wellbeing, MAINTENANCE is key.
And consistency is often where we come unstuck. Because taking action can feel like a solo job.
That’s why being in community is so important.

If you’re a heart-led leader here to make a difference who wants to stay lit up and energised about the work you’re here to do you KNOW how much this matters.
I have a space for you in my free community The Joy Reset. We’d love to welcome you.
